Terms & Conditions: Free Mandela Day Promo Video Giveaway

These Terms & Conditions are about the Mandela Day Free Services offer only and should be read with our Standard Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility:

This giveaway is open to legally operating small businesses worldwide.

• Eligible Businesses: Home-based businesses, shops, local service providers, and homesteads.
• Ineligible Businesses: Businesses exceeding the definition of a "small business" as determined by our sole discretion. We reserve the right to request additional information to verify business size.

Additionally, businesses offering products or services that we deem not to be aligned with our values and ethics will be ineligible. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Adult products or services
• Weapons or related products
• Hate speech or discriminatory practices
• Products or services that violate intellectual property rights or are illegal

2. Application Process:

• To participate, complete the application form provided.
• Applications are accepted until July 31st, 2024, 11:59 PM EST.
• Incomplete applications may be disqualified.

3. Selection & Awarding:

• A total of 67 applications will be chosen on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Applications will be reviewed within 48 hours of submission.
• Winners will be notified by email.
• The list of winning businesses will be announced on our Facebook page.

4. Video Production & Delivery:

• Winning businesses will receive a free promotional video of up to 60 seconds in length.
• We will collaborate with you to develop the video concept based on the information provided in your application.
• You will have one opportunity to request revisions to the initial video design.
• Due to the high volume of applications, the design process may take up to 60 days.

5. Intellectual Property:

• We retain all ownership rights to the concept and design of the promotional video.
• However, you will be granted a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the final video for promotional purposes of your business.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability:

• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue this giveaway at any time without prior notice.
• We are not responsible for any technical issues that may prevent you from submitting an application.
• We are not liable for any delays or disruptions in the video production or delivery process.

7. Acceptance:

By participating in this giveaway, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
